At Overland Vibes, every product is made to order. Each piece is printed or embroidered specifically for you, which means production and shipping times can vary slightly. Please review the details below regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.


Shipping Policy

Production Time

All items are made to order. Please allow 34 business days for production before your order ships. During holidays or sales, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

  • United States: 54 business days after production

  • International Orders: 100 business days after production

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal delays or customs processing.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on destination, weight, and carrier. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions on select orders.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows no updates for:

  • 10 business days (U.S.), or

  • 20 business days (international),
    contact our support team, and we'll investigate with the carrier.


Made-to-Order Policy

All products are custom print-on-demand, created once your order is placed.
For that reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size or color ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

Please double-check your size, color, and design before completing checkout.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

  • Email our support team within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
    Once verified, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.


Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 35 business days for the refund to appear once processed.


Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or color, please place a new order after your refund (if applicable) is processed.
